Social media development work can be small and specific: share buttons that produce a decent preview, sign-in with an account people already have, or a scheduled job that posts new listings or articles from your own database.
The preview a shared link gets is controlled by Open Graph tags on your page. The protocol requires og:title, og:type, og:image and og:url, and a missing or wrong og:image is one possible reason a shared link shows up with no picture; a platform's cached copy of an older preview, or an image it cannot fetch, are others. IKRC adds these tags to templates generated from your content. Posting and sign-in are built on each platform's official API. Platforms change API access terms and pricing, so we check the current terms before committing to an integration.
