Custom Software Development

When off-the-shelf software does not fit how your business works, we design and build software that does, and keep maintaining it after launch.

When staff keep the real workflow in spreadsheets and email, that can indicate a gap between the business and its off-the-shelf product, although a spreadsheet is sometimes the right tool. Custom software is built around the process itself, whether that is a full lead-to-fulfillment-and-billing system or a single-purpose program that removes one manual step.

We work through requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment with your team, and the work continues after launch: new features as the business changes, fixes, and platform upgrades.

Upgrades are the part of owning software that is easy to overlook at the start. A .NET application runs on a runtime with a published end-of-support date. Microsoft ends support for .NET 8 and .NET 9 on November 10, 2026, and supports .NET 10, the current long-term support release, until November 14, 2028. Planning for those dates is part of the maintenance IKRC offers. What the 2026 date means in practice is covered in What .NET 8 and .NET 9 End of Support Means for Your Business.
