An application example
Invoice review and approval
In this example, an assistant reads an invoice, flags discrepancies and prepares a recommendation. It cannot approve or release a payment.
An authorized employee reviews the invoice and payment details and explicitly approves them before payment can proceed. The application enforces that approval alongside the business’s existing payment controls.
